Please note, this home in NOT available for rent or straight lease - and no option offers will be considered with less than 10K + 1st month rent will be considered (together with other qualification criteria, i.e. credit, lendability, etc). And don’t worry if you just want to buy the place - no problem with a quick, normal escrow!
